It’s important for mental health leaders to have an understanding of various model of supervision are major components when continuously monitoring the organizations and supervisee’s growth. Having a single supervision model may hinder the supervisee’s experience and isolate their training to one ideology of routines, beliefs, and workplace practices during their supervision.
