Slip or Trip? I arrived at the Volupides household, where the corpse of Mr. Arthur Volupides was found this morning. He was discovered by his wife Mrs. Queene Volupides. Based on her story she claims that she left her house to go to the country club after she had gotten into an altercation with her spouse. She was there until she left close to one in the morning, followed by her friends, who she had invited back for one more drink. When the friends had arrived Mrs. Volupides had already arrived, and she had claimed that Mr. Volupides was coming down for another drink, when he fell, and hit his head. The coroner concluded that cause of death was from head trauma. When the team and I arrived the victim was found dead on his back as if he had been going up the stairs, and fell backwards, or as if was pulled backwards. The wall by the staircase has two candles, and mirror on it that remain completely undisturbed. Usually when someone falls down the stair you try and grab anything you can, but in this case everything remains calm. As said before the coroner had determined that death was called by blunt force trauma, but no other bruising or scratches on his body. If Mr. Volupides fell down the stairs, the velocity to end his life it should have left other bruising, and incisions, but none were found. Usually when you see your significant other unresponsive on the group you would call the authorities on the spot, and from the coroner’s finding it usually takes about 10 minutes to die from a blow to the head, unless it’s an extreme collision. I believe that Mrs. Volupides’ story is a lie, but there is no way we can tell why she would be lying. We have no evidence to why she would be, or even if she killed her husband. Only speculation. I believe she has a lot to do with this “accident”, but we don’t know much yet to accuse
