Have you ever been in trouble? When you are in trouble, you might want to make up a lie or something to prove you shouldn’t be in trouble. In this case, David Eldridge is trying to prove that he should not be in trouble in this case. There was a death in the Family Fun restaurant and Mr. David Eldridge should be guilty because there is enough evidence to show that David Eldridge murdered Mr. Armes. Mr. David Eldridge should be found guilty because, at the murder scene, David Eldridge's footprints were found in the Family Fun restaurant in the kitchen around where Mr. Armes was found dead. In all that time he never got a raise so he quit and right after he quit he said he would get his revenge on Mr. Armes. Inside David Eldridge’s home, investigators found a spatula with traces of Mr. Arme’s blood on it. The spatula handle had Eldridge’s fingerprints, as well as Mr. Arme’s. This piece proves that David Eldridge is guilty. The next reason David Eldridge should be guilty is that the spatula was found in his house with his fingerprints on the handle, as I said in the first paragraph. There was a spatula found next to the body. It was covered in Mr. Arme’s blood, but so was everything else around it. The spatula had many sets of fingerprints, including David Eldridge’s, William Warden’s, and Mr. Arme’s. The coroner concluded that Mr. Armes had bled to death, but the victim also had signs of blunt-force trauma to the back of his head, with some of it being caused by the spatula.
