William Warden, a witness in this case, saw David Eldridge enter the restaurant before Mr Armes's death and an hour later Mr Armes's screams were heard. In addition, after a while, he decided to check out the restaurant and found Mr. Armes dead. If David Eldridge did not commit the crime then why did someone witness him with their own eyes entering the restaurant before Mr Armes was dead and then the witness found him dead a while after screams were heard from Mr Armes? The next reason is that there was no sign of a break-in and David and Mr Armes were the only people with keys. Also, the super burger recipe was missing and the register was empty. Police investigators found no signs of a break-in, the Family Fun register empty, Mr. Armes's safe open and the recipe was not there. Also, David Eldrige was the only other person besides Mr Armes who knew the safe combination and had keys to the restaurant.
