Dear Jury Members: David Eldridge should be found guilty beyond a reasonable doubt of murdering Mr. Armes. Although the defense claims Barabra Wheeler killed him, there isn't enough evidence to prove that. David Eldridge has many pieces of evidence to prove he's guilty such as he owned a key to get into the building, he arrived at the building 2 hours before the death, he asked for a raise then Mr. Armes disagreed to giving him a raise that made David Angry, and there's proof that Barbra Wheeler didn't kill Mr. Armes. Barbra Wheeler and her husband created their own burger recipe, so there was no point in stealing the recipe. There are also differences between the super burger and the burger. The police also didn't even find the recipe at their house. There was also no way she could have got in because no one broke into the building and there was no way she got in because she doesn't have a key. Another clue that she wouldn't want to kill Mr. Armes paid off: his house was built out of the kindness of her heart. Barbra Wheeler didn't kill Mr. Armes and also didn't steal the burger recipe. She didn't steal the recipe because there was no way for her to get into the building without a key and David Eldridge and Mr. Armes were the only ones with the combination for the safe. Barbra Wheeler is not guilty of murder, even if she tried to sabotage him in the past, she didn't steal the recipe and she didn't kill Mr. Armes.
