In many cases, slothfulness is merely a symptom of a hormonal imbalance or illness. When you're dealing with a physical condition, it can be extremely difficult to get motivated. Hormones have a major impact on the body and if one hormone is out of balance, it can send the whole body into a new world of problems. If you're tired and find yourself dealing with an unusual amount of fatigue after a full night's rest, consider that this might be your body telling you that's something's off. With medical approval, consider taking different organic herbs that support hormonal health and balance. Also, visit your primary care physician. If it's a mental problem, it's a good idea to sit down with a psychiatrist and figure out how you got to this point. If you don't know where you've been, you're bound to make the mistake over again. This is why it's important to understand and know your personal history. The catalyst might've been a job loss or a loss in the family. Once you understand your triggers, you'll be able to approach the solution from a new and holistic standpoint. This doesn't mean you'll have to take medication. Sitting down with a psychiatrist is helpful because they'll help you uncover truths and they'll ask the questions you'd never think to ask. Consider the psychiatrist as a mystery detective for your mind. (-- removed HTML
