SOCIAL WELFARE POLICY AND SERVICE According to (Terminology Committee for Social Work, 1995) social policy is the accepted guideline for the changing, maintenance or creation of living conditions conducive to human welfare. Social policy is more like a guide line that is driven by the basic human needs of people in a particular community.
