A. the specific aims and purpose for criminal laws are to have order amongst the people. The criminal law controls behavior heavily and I do not believe the laws is too restrictive.
B. Gender differ in crime rated because women tend to be more afraid than men however women are convicted for possession of drugs more than men. I think men are more violent than men because they do not know how to express their feelings the way women do so they just keep all their thoughts, and emotions bottled inside of them until they have reached their breaking point.
