If one apple has the tiniest defect in its attribute, markets immediately throw that perfectly healthy apple into the dumpster. However, there are other stores that make jams and chutneys out of thrown away food and they are saving the lives of many people. Haggard people and those with menial jobs have to go dumpster diving to eat food, however, now they are able to buy fresh jellies that are safe to eat, for low prices.
