While on patrol, I was checking Pleasant Hill Primitive Baptist Church on Needmore Road and observed a burgundy Tahoe sitting stationary, close to the woodline of the church. I exited my patrol car and approached the driver side of the Tahoe. I quickly recognized the driver as William Anthony Thomas, who has a felony warrant with our agency. Thomas was then detained until further investigation. Thomas name was ran through dispatch and they advised that he had a felony warrant for DUI-Felony.
This officer requested multiple times for Allen to place his hands behind his head so that I could take his belt off and he replied, "Dont fucking touch me." At this time Cmd Martin #35 exited his officer to assist with Allen who was becoming increasingly aggressive. After getting the belt off Allen officers asked Allen to please slip off his shoes

Finally, my last suggestion would be to alter the labels of ex-felonies for minor violations, and changing how to use the criminal check box. Once an ex-convict paid for their time in prison for inferior crimes we should not label then as a felon, so that they can apply for jobs and do not have to check on the felony box when applying for a job. Consequently, ex-convict could get a better chance to be hired, so that they truly have a chance to readjust in the society. People that who are labeled as a felon have a hard time applying for jobs, housings, and getting food stamps, making it impossible to survive and to provide for their family. They can lose their kids, their home, and become homeless and in other cases going back to jail.
How many times have you seen a driver give the investigating officer consent to search their vehicle and the officer puts the driver in the back of a police car (for everyone’s safety) with the windows rolled up? How can the officer hear the driver retract their consent? Most second year law students could argue that case in court and probably win. Hot pursuit allows any officer to enter dwellings or structures that a suspect runs into, as long as the pursuit is fresh-keeping a constant visual of the suspect.
After I terminated the relationship with the Chief of Police’s niece he approached me several times and spoke about the relationship. The leading cause of death in teenagers is automobile accidents. (NHTSA) Seventy five percent of teen drivers crash due to critical errors like going to fast for road conditions. Speeding is a primary cause in a third of fatal crashes involving teen drivers, according to the Governors Highway Safety Association (GHSA).

Thousands of people die each year from auto accidents. Many deaths caused by speeding leave families devastated. “Speeding accidents about as popular as drinking and driving accidents” (Boyles). Speed limits is supposedly what keeps us safe while out on the road. Many people think that they do not need to follow the speed limit signs.
Most people don’t want to waste money on a ticket fee, so they think about this before they start speeding. There are also costs when you go to court which can be avoided by not speeding. Going to court and getting a ticket goes on your driving record, and that’s where other issues can come up. As an effect of all of tickets, it causes you insurance to go up.
In American society today, there are many laws designed to protect all citizens. One of the those laws is having a speed limit. Speed limits are posted to protect us. Studies show that raising or lowering speed limits do not change the way people drive. In residential areas the speed limit is somewhere around 25-35 MPH, on city streets it is usually 45-55 MPH, on major highways it is around 55-65 MPH, and on interstates it is 65-70 MPH.
