On 04-09-2016 at 0315 hours I noticed a pickup stopped on Main Street about Mulberry Street with the passenger door open. The vehicle then turned onto Mulberry Street and pulled to the side of the road. I made contact with the occupants of the vehicle and was advised by dispatch Jenae Sisson had an active warrant for her arrest. Sisson was placed under arrest and placed into hand restraints which were properly fitting and double locked.
On September 8, 2015, at approximately 12:52 PM I, Deputy Ragsdale, was contacted by Captain Tucker to call Michael Holcombe in reference to a theft. I then contacted Michael Holcombe on Wood County cell two. He told me that his daughter was renting a house at 116 Oak Street, Yantis, Texas from Margi Halfcox, suspect. Michael Holcombe told me that he let his daughter borrow his riding lawn mower. He then advised me that his daughter was moving out of that residence.
The officer initiated a traffic stop and observed there were three men in the vehicle. The men were identified as the driver Partlow, and the passengers Pringle, and Smith. The officer asked Partlow for his license and registration. When Partlow opened his glove compartment to get his vehicle registration, the officer observed a large roll of money inside the compartment. He ran Partlow’s information for any wants or warrants and he came back negative for both.
Warrant Arrest On 07-08-2016 at approximately 2359 hrs, Officer Torres and I were conducting bar checks. Upon departing, we observed Kimberly Ramirez (TX-DL # 34484599), walking in front of the La Consentida bar (209 W. Central Ave). Officer Torres and I had prior knowledge that Ramirez was currently wanted on an active warrant for her arrest. We made contact with Ramirez and placed her under arrest. The warrant was confirmed with the GCSO, and Ramirez was transported to the jail for booking.
Arresting Officer was PO Joffre Cortez and supervisor approving was Sgt. Pabon. IAB case was for this incident was substantiated. Charges & specs are pending.
INTRODUCTION: This case involves the arrest of the suspect for possession of an open container of alcohol in public, in violation of PMC 9.24.030. The suspect was cited out. INVESTIGATION: On 01-12-16 at 0836 hours, I was working uniformed patrol with Officer Cass #2067.
ON 05/01/2017 at approximately 1000 hours, Deputy Thacker and I, received a call from dispatch that the person living a t 7400 quail court, Tarrant County Tx, was tapping into the water line of their neighbors house at 7412 quail court, Tarrant County Tx. At approximately 1020 hours, Myself and Deputy Thacker arrived at 7412 quail court, I made contact with the owner Mrs. Rachel Gilliam. Mrs. Gilliam explained to me that she noticed an external hose connected to her water meter that was leading to 7400 quail court. I investigated the water meter belonging to 7412 quail court and saw that their was a hose connected into the water line that belong to 7412 quail court. I made contact with the owner of 7400 quail court, Brown, James (W/M, DOB 01/29/1989).
On the indicated date and time I Deputy Garcia #618055 was assigned to staff station 620 at North County Correctional Facility (NCCF) when I heard a loud thud which is consistent with that of fighting. I saw Inmate Lopes, Juan #3456712 (later identified as suspect/victim 1 (S/V)) and Inmate Henry, Chuck #2345678 (late identified as suspect/victim 2 (S/V)) on the ground by the day room punching each other on their face and torso. I put a radio broadcast of a minor 415 inmates in dorm 623 with my county issued radio (minor 415 is a common radio code in our facility which indicates a fight is in progress or just occurred). I also requested additional personnel, Sergeant and Senior to my location. I ordered S/V1 Lopes and S/V2 Henry to stop fighting and they complied.
I knocked on the door, announced I was the Police, told Oleg he was under arrest for an order violation, and advised him to come outside. I heard a male inside the playhouse ask multiple times why we were there, and heard someone walking back and forth inside. After a few minutes, a male, who identified himself as Oleg, came outside. I placed Oleg into handcuffs and again advised him he was under arrest for violation of an order. Officer Benavente advised Oleg of his Constitutional Rights, and Oleg said he understood and was willing to speak with Police.
Mr. Smith upon being arrest was transported to the local holding facility and was booked in as a criminal awaiting a court date. He was placed in a holding cell with no mattress or blanket on a concrete floor for 2 days waiting to be placed in general population. His fingerprints and mug shot were taken. Mr. Smith had prior arrests for OWI, DWS, felony theft and burglary charges he served four years on a ten year sentence and was on parole. Mr. Smith
On 07-24-2016, Sergeant Koch and I responded to 7520 December Drive, reference a burglary that occurred on 06-24-2016. I have been trying to make contact with the suspect, Tyler Gray, for the last two weeks with negative results. I previously responded to Gray 's residence and made contact with Gray 's father, William Gray. I have left William my business card with instructions to contact with me. Upon arrival, Sergeant Koch and I made contact with, William Gray.
On 06-05-2016 at 1143 hours I was dispatched to 2525 Barron Road in reference to a subject in the road yelling. Upon my arrival in the area I located Danny Wilson in the back yard of 2525 Barron Road spraying himself with a water hose. Wilson was acting irate and appeared to be under the influence of narcotics. Wilson was asked multiple times what kind of drugs he had used and he advised marijuana and methamphetamine. Wilson was complaining it was extremely hot and was spraying himself with water and was advising people where chading him.
On 02/08/2017, I, William Van Scoter, was working as a police officer for the Wichita State University Police Department, in Wichita, Sedgwick County, Kansas. At approximately 1520 hours I was told to interview a woman who was to believed to have been sexually assaulted. I arrived at the University Police Department's lobby and was met by a female and two males. The female was later identified as Terry Giang. Giang was going to be interview by Detective Jeff Rider
Upon arrival, I stepped out with a male subject wearing red and green pants, who advised he was on his way to the kangaroo on Clay Street at Old Highway 27 to get some juice for his house. The subject stated he was coming from his house on Adams Street near Walnut Hills restaurant. Officer Maria Grady asked the subject for his name and he gave two different names. First, he said Robert Moore and then he said Robert Earl White. Officer Grady, along with Officer Matthew Barnes asked for permission to search the subject and advised to go ahead.
