The risk analysis I have conducted will show which weighted average cost of capital would be best to use in evaluating the project along with how New England Seafood Company could utilize the land if the project is accepted. A 10% cost of capital will result in a positive net present value but the coefficient of variation will be much higher than New England’s average coefficient of variation. A lower or higher cost of capital could under or over value the project and risks involved.

The stickleback fish have gained much attention from evolutionary biologists because of their historic ability to adapt to conditions that were not favorable and to survive successfully in them. They are also able to give researchers insight into how evolution occurs in other organisms. The stickleback normally spawns in freshwater but lives in the salt-water ocean. Long ago when ice melted and receded, the fish were given new possible places to inhabit and they did, expanding their spawning locations to newly formed streams. Blackfish The documentary Blackfish, directed by Gabriela Cowperthwaite released in July 2013, explores the mistreatment of killer whales and the relationship between the killer whales and trainers as well as the significant problems of the sea-park industry, with a focus upon SeaWorld. Cowperthwaite positions the audience to feel sympathy towards the killer whales by making deliberate choices in sound, visual, language, and structure through the representation of trainers as unprofessional, and whales as mistreated, also experts as reliable information source. Firstly, Cowperthwaite uses effective language techniques to position the audience to view the trainers as undertrained and unprofessional.
Amy Tan uses imagery in the short story “Fish Cheeks” in order to let the reader feel the way Amy felt at the table on Christmas Eve. For example, in the story it states, “ My relatives licked the ends of their chopsticks and reached across the table dipping them into the dozen or so plates of food.” This explains that Amy felt embarrassed that her family wasn’t realizing the fact that they had no manners at the table. Amy was completely embarrassed with the fact that, that was the way her family had acted while they ate. Everyone is put into a situation where they wished their parents or family members had not acted the way they did in front of them, and Amy Tan writing this story makes you remember those times.
Also, the fish represent the obstacles that one may face while trying to reach their goal and shaping their ability to achieve it. Fish Cheeks, by Amy Tan is a story of love, culture, being different, and accepting one's differences. A young Amy falls in love with the son of a white minister and is shocked when she finds out that her mother invited the ministers family over for christmas dinner. Amy is very embarrassed because of her asian heritage, and some of the asian customs her family embraces. She explains that her mother went out of her way to prepare many traditional asian dishes that most people would find quite odd. When Christmas eve came around, she explained what her mother was preparing and used imagery to paint a picture in the reader's mind as if they were there.
Imagine surviving a fatal experience only to be punished and blamed for a death you could do nothing about. Now, imagine losing a girlfriend and almost losing a sister and having to live with the grief with no one to share your pain. These are the two situations Sage and Maddy find themselves in after Isabel’s death (Sage’s girlfriend) in “The Isabel Fish” by Julie Orringer. Isabel died in a car crash with Maddy in the passenger seat, and she has felt blamed by everyone, including her brother and Isabel’s friends. Because of Isabel’s death, Maddy 's relationship with her brother became a series of punishments, however, after Sage feels guilty for killing Maddy 's fish, they finally opened up to each other and their relationship strengthens.
