Tourism is a correlation between the people and societies to promote ethical values to human. The stakeholders play a great role in the development of tourism .They monitor all the social and traditional activities and practices of all peoples of different countries. The public and private sector stakeholders put hand together for executing principles and values of business tourism. Business tourism is profit making and fast growing world's industry sector. The stakeholder has great importance in business tourism. They organized a different seminar, conference and meeting on different sectors of the market for the achievement of tourism. Dubai shopping centres have been giving strong competition to the prime shopping destinations like Singapore, New York, Paris, etc. Shopping has been recognised to be a mutual tourist activity and motivation to the travellers, especially in a case of cross-border trips. Factors like less expensive, lower taxes and a wide variety of products, widespread of promotion and inquiry inspire tourist toward shop in a different country (Timothy and Butler, 1995).
