Stalking: Stalking is also known as criminal harassment. Usually this occurs when a person fears for their or their loved one’s safety by the repeated, frequent behavior of another person over a time period. It does not mean that a stalker has to physically hurt to it become a crime. It is a crime even if the stalker’s intent is to scare the victim. In this episode, there is an instance where Cy starts following a woman discreetly but not enough to keep her unsuspecting. She starts running, Cy catches up to her and asks her for directions. She feels foolish and starts showing him the way, walking with him and as they get close to an alley, he gags her and kidnaps her. This was stalking for an instance when she starts running away because she genuinely believes that Cy is dangerous. Kidnap: Kidnapping is when an individual is held hostage at a place against their will and unlawfully. Kidnapping is an indictable offence even if no physical injuries are present.
