Mission Statement
To help patients get better and live healthy life by delivering best and quality medical supplies and medicines along with expert advice and friendly service.
Quality Standards
1. Pharmacy environment is maintained clean, friendly and at the right temperature. Any area that comes in contact or close proximity to any medications must be cleaned with 70% isopropyl alcohol before and after any preparations of prescriptions.
• Each individual medicine and medical supply are checked for the labels and expiry date every 30 days.
• Look alike - Sound alike (LASA) drugs are kept separately in separate shelves.
• Pharmacist and pharmacy technicians must be licensed through the State Board of Pharmacy.
• All controlled drugs are kept in Pyxis machine with a lock and the quantity is monitored every 15 days to avoid misuse.
• Patients and employees’ privacy and confidential information are strictly maintained.
• Separate room for confidential conversation is maintained, so that conversation cannot be overheard by others.
Patient’s prescription, medication quantity, insurance policy are checked twice before dispensing.
• All patients are consulted by the pharmacist with health benefit advice on every visit to the pharmacy.
