Stereotypes are our daily routine. There are are our daily routine basically because there's always that someone you know that stereotypes everyday. It happens everyday outside school, or in home, etc. stereotype happens everyday and everywhere.
Stereotype can bring people down and others may not because we all have different capacities, and different thoughts of looking at things. For example in my survey there are people that are bothered by stereotype but others are not. There are some people that actually get bother when they get stereotyped. In my survey i said “do stereotypes bother them” someone said “stereotypes do bother people because people think you can't do certain things or think you're a certain way because of the way you look or your gender.”or it affects them because people make fun of their race or skin color and that makes them feel uncomfortable. Others may say that it affects them a little bit but not a lot. For example they said in my survey that it affects them a little bit but that they can't do anything about it do they let it slide.

For example if it's negative people can be races at times. For example they can say stuff like “oh here come the mexican girls.” This can be considered as a negative stereotype because your naming them by their race and not calling them by their names. When people assume someone's race it's not always with intentions of hurting the person. There can be other stereotypes. For example there can be positive stereotypes as well, like saying “The police officers are nice people.” I think this is a positive stereotypes because there is always negative stereotypes about them saying that there the rude and have no respect towards
