Min Strategic Audit For this week’s assignment I will look at the strategic audit system to help pinpoint key strategic business strategies that TigerDirect.com and Best Buy Corporation are similar. Additionally, I will briefly provide a brief introduction of each company, which will include each company’s Mission Statement; comparing key aspects of each company. Lastly, based on my research, I will identify the importance of strategic management with factors I believe were key to the two company’s success. Both companies sell a wide array of consumer products. With hat said each company has a very wide variety of products portfolio. The diversity n the products that each company sells enables these retailers to address a wide range of customer segments and reduces the company's dependence on a single product line for revenue generation, thereby diversifying its business risk.
