Now as I’ve been agreeing with all the test’s results and their meanings behind them, there is something that Ms. Kendra Cherry speaks of that I don’t agree with, and that is some of her career choices for ISFJ people. Now she does gives an examples of some that are good choices such as a bookkeeper, banker, and an accountant, she thinks that some of the best career choices for people with the personality type are social worker, counselor, teacher, etc. The reason why I disagree with her choices is that I feel that her choices don’t go well with people who have the ISFJ type of personality. Who will you be interviewing for your Multi-Disciplinary Team Alliance Research Project? For my Multi-Disciplinary Team Alliance research project, I will be interview two people I have grown to idolizing in fields who promote service to others. I felt as though I could collect information during my interview that showed common goals for carrerr___ and compare the similarities in what drives them to excel in their chosen professions. The First person I asked to interview was Rosie Ortiz.

After completing the “career cruising” matchmaker worksheet 3.1, I learned that an orthodontist would be an appropriate career for me. This seems fitting because I fall under many of the characteristics you need to be a good orthodontist. I have always respected my orthodontist and what he’s done for me. An aspect that seems to fit my personality is, “Working requiring accuracy and attention to all details.”
The one theme that did surprise me was the result, restorative. After reading the explanation as to why I received this as strength, I agree restorative can be considered a strength of mine and I would never have considered this a strength before this assessment. I am not surprised I got received learner, achiever, and focus. I believe all of these strengths are required when working in the nursing healthcare field.

Having done prior assessments and analyzed only strengthens the argument that I possess the attributes of the Enterprising, Conventional, and Social themes based on the skills and values defining them. Last semester I was able to complete the Myer Briggs Assessment to find that I am an ENTJ personality type. The assessment indicated I possess the personality type described as “Extraverted Thinking with Introverted Intuition” similar to the SII Assessment. Life experience I’ve had that included the skills detailed in Enterprising, Conventional, and Social themes provided information allowing me to concur with the findings of this assessment. The occupation themes and interest do not surprise me because I have researched or worked in similar positions or concentrations.

When completing the Enneagram Personality inventory, I found my dominant personalities were the perfectionist and the peacemaker. Each of these personalities aided in my decisions when working with Mr. and Mrs. Wilson and the rest of the collaboration team. My first trait, the perfectionist, helped me to be very productive and orderly when putting together an agenda for the collaboration meeting. In order for the meeting to go smoothly, it was very important for me to have a detailed agenda in which I knew I could cover all the information that the Wilson’s needed to hear and also give everyone a chance to voice their comments and concerns during the meeting as well.
I agree with almost every description of my personality prescribed to me. The personality prescribed to me was ENTJ. The main description of a ENTJ is that they are commandant. I do enjoy taking a leadership role but I do not seek the position.
