It continues on to say that the jurisdiction of the case was influenced by opinion, which did not involve any legalities.

Summary of the Incident Only eleven days into his new job as a New Jersey State Police trooper, Justin Hopson witnessed an act by his training officer that would challenge his moral convictions and change his life forever. During a traffic stop in March 2002, Hopson watched his partner arrest a woman for drunk driving who had not even been behind the wheel. Throughout the court proceedings in this case, Hopson chose not to violate his principles, and refused to validate his partner’s version of events surrounding the arrest. The Stinney case occurred in Clarendon County, South Carolina in 1944. This period of time was part of the Jim Crow era, a period of serious racial discrimination in the deep South. This case has been brought to the public’s attention, and it is believed that George Stinney did not get the justice he deserved. The Andrew Bedner Case There are many cases of child abuse around the world. But in the case of Andrew Bedner there are many ethical issues and in the end the case is not resolved in a proper amount of time. Bedner abused his baby and tried to take advantage of the fact that he was the surrogate. The baby died before the court could decide on appointing a new surrogate.
The prosecution of George Junius Stinney Jr. evokes sadness and an utter disgust in those people who sought to coerce a child to confess to a crime with the promise of an ice cream cone. The articles and video’s raise so many questions of why this child was accused. First there is no physical evidence connecting this young boy to the girls other than him seeing them that day. Another issues that bothers me is how this child was questioned without having a lawyer or his parents present. It is important to look at the time period in which this occurred.
Many people debate the issue of whether Macbeth can be considered “criminally insane” in a court of law or not. In the tale of “Macbeth” by William Shakespeare, the ideal warrior’s descent into darkness and corruption presents a compelling case for him being considered "criminally insane" in a court of law. Macbeth and Lady Macbeth plot to kill King Duncan for Macbeth to be king after the witches propose to Macbeth a prophecy that took over his mind. Macbeth is in control of his actions. As Macbeth still commits crimes and raises his body count, Macbeth increasingly becomes paranoid.
