Summary Of Civil Disobedience By Henry David

In “Civil Disobedience”, Henry David states “That government is best which governs not all.” Henry is saying the government that has less rules is the best government. I highly disagree with Henry. My reasoning is because we have crazy people all around the world and not having a lot of rules will be scary. In Downtown Memphis, there was a protest going on at the Memphis bridge. I think they should have protested somewhere safer instead of on a bridge. This caused a lot of issues; issues with traffic and issues with police. My main point is that we need all the rules and laws we have now because if we get rid of some, then there will be a lot of chaos.
