With each different culture, whether indigenous or otherwise, there are many Psychological systems that offer a unique perspective on Mental Health foundations surrounding the culture that often differ heavily. These differences, although frequently polarizing, come with their own set of culture linkages which provide insight into their values, beliefs and accompanying customs. Differences of culture offer many benefits. They offer different solutions, insights and perspectives. These benefits can further develop and improve many aspects of health and behavioral science to be inclusive and intersectional. Despite the difference of culture, everyone deserves dependable and appropriate healthcare, care which is respectful of personal and cultural beliefs. Although cultures may have prescribed stereotypes, these stereotypes are often not representative of the majority of people of a culture. In order to prevent typecast of a culture, there needs to be deeper evaluation of each particular instance as opposed to careless assumptions in order to work with various cultures and build a stronger and more conclusive system of mental and behavioral health. In order to prevent judgement and persecution of various non-normative cultures, acceptance of differences and developed education which includes cultural- bound and cultural specific syndromes needs to occur. In addition, the inclusion of mental health conditions that are specifically linked to cultural and social practices and stressors is very significant in the progression of inclusive
