The article, Layers of Inequality: Power, Policy, and Health, discuss about two major racial groups which are African American and whites and the focus is how inequality affects infant mortality. The Subordinate group is African American, and the majority group is white. The article specific talks about the women of the racial groups, and compare how the social class affects infant mortality.
