The Best Super Car Most lucky people find themselves with more money than they know to spend. A popular purchase of millionaires is expensive cars. Unfortunately, most of these people make poor decisions. Entertainer Jay Leno bought a Lexus LFA. This car is highly overpriced. Leno spent $375,000 dollars for only 552 horsepower, while most super cars cost less and produce more horsepower. While there are hundreds of super cars created in the world, the Nissan GT-R Nismo is the best supercar for driving on the street. Horsepower is the main attribute of super-cars. This number is represented by miles per gallon in the city and miles per gallon on the highway. The reason for the two numbers to differ is due to the fact that cars need more gas with start and stop traffic, like in the city. The cars need less gas when a constant speed is achieved, like on the highway. The Nissan GT-R has the best miles per gallon, getting 16 miles per gallon in the city and 23 miles per gallon on the highway. The Aventador gets 11 miles in the city and 18 miles on the highway. The Audi gets 13 in the city and 22 on the highway, followed by the Ferrari with 13 miles in the city and 17 on the highway. The reason for these people getting rushes of adrenaline in a super car and not in a normal car is because of the super cars ability to go zero to 60 in short amounts of time. Since the Bugatti has the biggest engine and can produce the most horsepower, it can go zero to 60 in just 2.5 seconds. Surprisingly the car that has the second fastest time also has the smallest engine. The Nissan GT-R can get to the speed of 60 from a stand still in 2.7 seconds. Next is the Lamborghini Aventador with a time of 2.9 seconds, followed by the Ferrari who has a time of 3.3 seconds. Lastly is the Audi with a time of 3.4 seconds. Weight is a big issue for most manufacturers of super cars. The car has to be light enough to easily go fast, but it also must have a big engine to allow the car to move. The weight also affects how the car will handle turning at top speeds and also its acceleration. The Ferrari manufacturers have mastered the concept of weight, the 458 Italia only weighs 1,485 pounds. Next is the Audi weighing in at 3,350 pounds, followed by the GT-R at 3,800 pounds. The Lamborghini and the Bugatti both break 4,000 pounds; the Lamborghini weighs 4,000 pounds even and the Bugatti weighs
