The two most iconic American muscle cars are the Ford Mustang and the Chevy Camaro. The Ford mustang that has been out since the 1960’s it’s fords only muscle car that’s still on the streets today. Chevy’s Camaro came out in 1967 and was discontinued in 2002, and reemerged around 2009 and still around today this is Chevy’s muscle car. Both brands compete to see who can build the best muscle car every year through different aspects such as horsepower, gas mileage, and safety. Horsepower Horsepower is when work is being done.
