Problem Surf technologies is an internet service provider in Bogota, Colombia. SurfT as it is popularly known is the largest provider in the Bogota and has been having significant growth annually with revenues of about $5 billion. The atmosphere in the company is like a startup where employees do not really have any specific time of day to arrive at work however it is imperative that every employee delivers their assignments/ tasks as required or before deadlines.
