Implementation of the organizational structure should have to be done, that every workers should know that what the company persisted on personal plan and creativeness from the employee. For customer’s happiness Singapore Airlines should do everything to please the customer, this would be done by accomplished special customers’ needs. It is very essential to get the feedback from the clients, for the company in order to improve, and the company should focused on new movement. The company also place concentration on training for their workers. In turn to keep eligible workers, Singapore Airlines could raise the wage by implementation of wage structure, a senior designation for major employee, as well as engage into innovative programs and targets.

For continuous growth, the organizational structure is an essential part, it is indeed a powerful corporative culture due to organized systems and a powerful identity which came from the core values which could be implemented.
