There are different abilities and interest in team associates that were recognised in their job interview, and these abilities were observed to be acceptable and fulfilled the demands and standard required to be capable to provide quality services that fulfil the vision and established aims of the company. The appropriateness of team associates would also be established in the probation period when they would be presented the chance to confirm the knowledge, abilities, and interest to fulfil the needed criteria within the probation time, after which they would have been confirmed. The teams established aims would be guided by the business aims; thus team associates would be in a context to perform to get them (Gray et al., 2010).
