Corporate culture at Therapedic refers to the values, ideas, expectations and beliefs shared by members of the business. Therapedic’s human resource managers aim to develop a cooperative and effective corporate culture and a positive working environment in which all employees treat each other respectively and are able to work cohesively within teams and develop long-lasting, interpersonal relationships.
