Task 2

In this report I will be explaining the resources that are available to support a project. This includes the people involved, covering project manager and programmer, the equipment and facilities used and finance.

People

Project managers are responsible for the entire projects’ success or failure usually called the review process and as a result if any one person makes any mistakes that take the project off course it falls on the product manager to correct the mistakes. The project manager is also responsible for monitoring. This means the people that work under him, along with making sure that the people working underneath him have all of the resources they need to complete their work productively, the project manager also manages the people that work on the project making sure they stay productive and working efficiently. The project manager is also responsible for budget control and making sure that there is no overspending. They are also responsible for working around changing external factors that cannot be controlled.

Programmers are responsible creating the design specification for a program they have been hired to create, the design specification will be heavily based from the clients’ specification of what they want the program to do, the programmer will create the design documents and before …show more content…
