CCIB Intake received an anonymous complaint from a parent stating a teacher named Pam Morgan hit their son Yared Ortega on the head. The incident occurred last week. The complaint was on 9/21/16. According to the complainant the child only speaks Spanish and reported to his parents that Pam hit him. The child is currently afraid of Pam due to her physical behavior towards him.
This coincides with 6.02 Maintenance, Dissemination, and Disposal of Confidential Records of Professional and Scientific Work. There are times when a situation is hectic and negligence can occur at that point of time. In class, lab results on printed-paper intended for the patient was given to another participant in class. They opened it up and saw all the information not realizing it was not theirs. They asked me about the results and I noticed it was not theirs.
On November 16, 2015, I spoke to Lidia Hernandez (mother) who told me that her daughter was not following the rules of the home. Lidia wanted me to speak to her daughter, although she confirmed that her daughter had been behaving better. On November 19, 2015, I responded to Minnie Howard School and spoke to Officer Hill. Officer Hill reported that Lidia Hernandez had been encouraged to report as Evelyn had been gone for 2 days.
She claimed that she worked with the HR department and regional counsel and conducted an investigation. She also stated that she had completed the inquiry and had taken corrective action.
They did not like the fact that he did not work in accordance to the rules. Because the dislike of colleagues did not match the respect of prosecutors, the instance was dropped. Such a serious crime of scientific fraud ignored and dismissed, for something as childish as coworkers not getting along. This was only the beginning of the the allowance of Fred Zain to do whatever his wanted. It was not only West Virginia that made the mistake of hiring such an inadequate person for the job.
Hap went to the City to use a dozer to doze off the pile the contractor left on the airport, the City Administrator told him they do not loan equipment, they could enter into an agreement but that would need council approval. Hap got upset, went into the Library and had a conversation with the Mayor ( not sure how heated as another department employee went outside as he was embarrassed with how Hap was acting),the Mayor came outside from that conversation and told our employee she felt threatened by what happened in the library. Hap went to the office and told the employees “ if they assisted the City in any way they would be sent home for the day or terminated. ( got an answer that said sent home, the other said terminated, I believe the terminated). When did this happen?

Truman State University is a key stakeholder. The university should care for the students who attend and give their money to this institution. This research hopes to eventually keep more students in the classroom by encouraging greater reception of the flu vaccine. The idea of more students actually attending class should be in Truman’s best interest. Officer Noname has brought into question his work ethic and that of his fellow officers. With other officers in the area, someone could have become offended and filed a sexual harassment grievance within the workplace. Perception is everything in the eyes of the public. The unethical behavior that Officer Noname has demonstrated has created an unhealthy relationship/environment that not only affects the officers around him but also the perception of this department in the eyes of the community. In the case of San Diego v. Roe (2004) the courts ruled that if the statement or activities of an employee do not inform the public about the police department, yet, are detrimental to the agency, then the department could take disciplinary action against the employee to prevent further damage.

On document 5 Martha’s friend seemed to have written a note to somebody that said, “Ok, so she did kinda hook up with Brian, but they only kissed ONCE. DON’T TELL ANYONE. Martha is really worried that Robert will find out.” However, Robert eventually found out which can relate to document 7 which shows a discipline referral that says, “Robert was engaged in an altercation with another student in the hall outside my office. He was shouting aggressively and did not respond to a verbal warning to stop.”
The North Carolina State Board of Education outlines the professional standards to which teaches should uphold within, and even outside of, the classroom. These standards are comprised of the commitment to the student, commitment to the school, and commitment to the profession. Also, the Code of Ethics includes the professional conduct which entails, honesty, the acknowledgement of the rights of others, keeping information confidential, and compliance of criminal laws (NC State Board of Education, 1998).
