I enjoyed creating an online resource collection for my teaching partner. I am driven by inquiry and helping others. During my observations and feedback session I took note of things that my teaching partner wanted resources of. I enjoyed creating a collection of effective strategies for Beth to utilize. A particular focus for our blog was the use of leveled text. This was particularly important to meet the diverse learners and their individual learning needs. I began my resource collection by adding graphic organizers that could be used to differentiate lessons to meet the needs of our English Language Learners. The book was about the literacy coaching continuum. The continuum presented the possible tasks of a literacy coach: collaborative resource management, literacy presentations, focused classroom visits, co-planning, study groups, demonstration lessons, peer coaching, and co-teaching. (Moran, 6) I think this connects with our coaching experience this semester. We observe, reflect, collaborate, and provide feedback. Hence, we are working together to foster collaboration, self-reflection and problem-solving. Again, I must reiterate the direct relationship between this course and the text. I have engaged in all of these duties during our practicum
