The Teague family members include David (father), Teresa (mother), Michael (brother), Elizabeth (myself). David, 65 years old and Teresa, 57 years old have been married for 28 years. They began dating when they were working at Ralph’s Credit Union in Glendale California. They were married 6 months after dating, however they worked together for two years prior to when they began dating. David is a CFO, which is a Chief Financial Officer at Glendale Area School Federal Credit Union in Montrose California, and Teresa is an Office Manager/Bookkeeper/HR at The Artime Group, which is an advertising agency in Pasadena, California. Michael is 26, and is finishing his degree in Massage Therapy; he has already gotten a degree …show more content…

She is 84 years old, and has moved into the home in May of 2015 to permanently live with the family, as she can no longer be taken care of by her sister’s in Florida. The Teague family members are a mix of Caucasian and Cuban. David is Caucasian, Teresa and Yolanda are Cuban and both Michael and Elizabeth are a mix of both Cuban and Caucasian. Both Teresa and Yolanda have spent a part of their lives living in Cuba, Teresa came to the United States when she was 7 years old and has lived in Florida, Chicago and now lives in California. Yolanda spent a most of her life in Cuba and has lived in Florida for 22 years up until May of this year. David, Michael and Elizabeth were born in the United States. David spent a good part of his life in New Jersey and then moved to California where he and Teresa live now. Both Michael and Elizabeth grew up in California; Michael is still there whereas Elizabeth now lives in Arizona to finish her education. Assessment is also taken care of, as the family knows their strengths and limitations. They need intervention as they still need help resolving their concerns and problems, they need initiate actions to achieve their goals. The family has needed to change their lives around some to accommodate for the new family member that will be living with them, which is a primary need. They need to find a way to handle the new family member and the needs of this new member, as their needs are not needs that the family has had to deal with. The family has already changed how their live is as they have hired extra help; Teresa has changed her schedule around to accommodate for her mother’s needs and doctor appointments. The priority of the changes desired is to create a new schedule and to have more patience as the new family member changes how the family can plan to do activities and changes who can go to these
