We live in a world where everyone is connected all the time; we are not literally in a floated room away from the earth planet, but we are definitely in a new place, and it is technology that has brought us here. Nowadays, technology invades our world and makes it faster and less healthy. Technology has in the past few years become an indispensable part of modern society. It makes us access to information simply and quickly, and allows the communication processes to be easier. In addition, mediating information and communicating which help to improve persons ' competencies and learning skill. We have to be aware that technology is not only utilized by adult persons only, but also the youngest children can come into contact with the several types of technology. The equation is more use of technology with less physical activity leads to obesity. According to livestrong.com, 15 percent of children who utilize the technology suffer from overweight. Many studies prove that children’s obesity is on the rise, not just because of much food, but because kids who utilize more technology and do less exercise. For example, the children are ridding cars instead of walking, using the elevators instead of stairs and playing video games instead of football or basket. The video games also may lead to high state of adrenaline and stress, so they damage the children’s center nervous system.
