Tennis Session Youtube Performed By The F2 Freestyler

Over the past weeks I have spent some time analysing coaches and the way that they work. These sessions were predominantly football but there was also one Tennis session I watched. The first session I watched was on YouTube and was performed by the F2 freestylers, there sessions are very relaxed but they do focus on the details of performing skills and technique and contain a lot of skilful drills, this is effective because it aims to inspire those watching to try their skills. The one I watched on YouTube was improving the ability of beating men in one on ones, ball skills and also shooting. These sessions had a lot more structure compared to the F2 freestyler’s video on Facebook. The session I watched with Stuart who coaches the A team was well put together then put into place. It was clear to see his objective which was building the play from the back and creating chances that way. In the B teams session I also watched there wasn’t as much structure or skill involved due to them not having the same level of ability compared to those in the A team. Stuart was a good motivator and communicator as it was clear to see he gets his points off easily and he has all of his players respect. Marks session was about attack and defending corners, Corners are a good opportunity to score goals from which can be vital to lower league teams. Mark is seen as more of a friend and a coach as he was always laughing about with his players but was serious when needed, this meant the players were in a relaxed environment. I managed to find out the result of the B teams game and they won 4:1 with a goal from a corner showing that the drill in training was effective. Then the game I played for the A team we won 4:0. This was a comfortable result showing how well trained and drilled the players
