The Beatles, “ Abbey Road,” has to be one of the most acclaimed and one of the most famous albums that has ever existed. This captivating album has everything everyone expects of a good album. With album opener “ Come Together,” it’s gentle mood and at the same time strident, it gives this album an amazing opening, and opening songs are very important because they really say whether or not people will be into this type of album. This album came out roughly around 40 years ago, and it still sounds as fresh and exciting, as if it would’ve came out yesterday. “Sgt. Then you have Sgt Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band, where it shows how they were having a lot of fun with this album and they weren’t really to serious or the mood of the songs weren’t really to deep. Abbey Road has both of this things, you have songs like: Maxwell’s Silver Hammer and Octopuses Garden; which are both very childlike songs and psychedelic. While you have songs like: Come Together and Oh Darling; where they are more serious and the mood is completely different. At their best, The Beatles have many memorable and eye-catching lyrics: “Here come old flat-top,he come grooving up slowly,He got ju-ju eyeballs, he's one holy roller,He got hair down to his knees,Got to be a joker, he just do what he please.” This lyrics from “ Come Together,” are simply masterful, whenever you sing to this first verse, you feel the hype and the energy, and really that’s how it is throughout almost the whole song. This whole album brings out a lot of exciting moments and a lot of nostalgic feelings, it feels as if you were in the 60’s, this album is a masterpiece, and everyone should check it
