Virginia Plan was a proposal for a strong national government with a bicameral legislature and a President chosen by the national legislature. The New Jersey Plan was a proposal for a unicameral legislature with equal representation for each state and a President chosen by Congress. The Great Compromise, also known as the Connecticut Plan, was a compromise between the Virginia and New Jersey Plans that established a bicameral legislature with representation based on population in the House of Representatives and equal representation in the Senate, and a President elected through an electoral college. The pros of the Virginia Plan included the creation of a strong national government and representation based on population.

Congress’s plan lets the Southerns keep their property but doesn’t reimburse them for all of their lost and damaged property. The plan uses military law and governors.

Background The history of the 519 was first established as a community centre for the North Jarvis Community and was used as a space for gay youth in 1976 to conduct a program controlled by the community. Additionally, The 519 became a safe haven for LGBTQ groups during 1982 when Toronto police were conducting bathhouse raids throughout the city. During the 80’s and 90 's, the 519 opened a support group for gay people of colour and requesting benefits to same-sex spouses. The 519 has partnered with many organizations throughout the years such as Toronto District School Board to disclose positive knowledge about children with queer parents, also with the city of Toronto to make sure long-term care homes are LGBTQ friendly.

In the Wade-Davis bill the cons were: Having to Pledge to the union and Only white males who didn 't fight could vote,President Lincoln did not like this plan but Wade Davis made President Lincoln realize he would have to compromise. The Wade Davis bill also made it hard for people to vote so they started looking at the 10% plan. In the 10% plan the pros were : Only 10% of voters had to pledge allegiance to the union , there would be a new constitution to ban slavery and offered amnesty to the southerners or official pardon for illegal acts supporting the rebellion.
One plan of Reconstruction that had an impact was Lincoln’s original plan. Lincoln’s plan was named The 10% plan. The 10% plan was the first plan to be used and was favored in the South because it was not severe and very easy. Lincoln’s plan was that 10% of white voters in the South had to take an oath of loyalty to the U.S. to be able to join it again and any Confederates who served would be offered amnesty, this included everyone but the leaders who would get punished but only minimal amount. If the state swore loyalty they would again be a U.S. state which means that they would get a representative in Congress.

The Cleveland Policy Planning Report of 1975 was written as an initial response to the social and economic hardships plaguing residents in Cleveland during the rust belt city era. Norman Krumholz, the executive director of the Cleveland Planning Commission at the time, felt that the commission had a responsibility to serve Cleveland by assessing planning related issues and recommending goals designed to aid the residents suffering the most. Every student with disabilities is also obligated to an IEP specifically for the student’s needs between the ages of 3 and 21 under IDEA. The IEP is created by a team of six or seven, depending on the age of the student. The six members are the parents, an individual that can explain the assessment results, keep in mind, the faculty of the school must not under any circumstances conduct the evaluations without parental consent. Also included is the general education teacher, a local representative from the local education department, the special education teacher and of course the student, who must be included in the meeting if the student is fourteen or older. From here, the concept of inclusive education, including students with and without learning disabilities as peers in the same classroom, originated. The aim of this type of education is to get students with learning disabilities involved in the society. Teachers and fellow students will also provide help for students with disabilities; in this way, students with learning disabilities will be motivated to study as they feel that they are a part of a group instead of being isolated in special places.
Their roles is to plan, coordinate, schedule, and evaluate curriculum and instructional outcomes within a secure, positive, and enriched inclusive classroom environment. Their main responsibility is to provide instructional schedule and long range plan information. On the other hand, special education teachers have to design their lessons plans to fit each of the individual’s needs. Their main role is to provide instruction and support which facilitate the participation of students with disabilities in special education classrooms, but also in regular education classrooms. Their principal responsibility is to serve as case managers and be responsible for the development, implementation, and evaluation of their students.
