“I had not failed. I’ve just found 10,000 ways that won’t work.”(Edison) And globalism is most certainly the only way that will work to bring the global enrichment of every country, every group, and every individual.(tricolon) Globalism, at its most basic level, is a belief in the supremacy of the “collective” over individual. It is, on every aspect of life, whether, it is political or economic, social or cultural, the idea that we should act as a globalized society where everyone is a global citizen.(parallelism) But, the essential question is, are these undeserved societies worthy of redemption? Is this our responsibility to provide them salvation, under the sin of Christ? Or is is just another stage of Darwin’s natural selection, the survival …show more content…
Toward the end of 19th century, I read a book by the most magnificent ideologist Thomas Paine, which still is today, called “The Age of Reasoning,” a book which completely changed my view of the world. In a time where everyone is still heavily religious and believed that peace is on god’s hand, I tell them it can only made possible by our hand. They respond to me as if the great inventor was mad. I have been called an atheist, but atheist I was not.(antithesis) “Nature is what we know. We do not know the gods of religions. And nature is not kind, or merciful, or loving. If God made me — the fabled God of the three qualities of which I spoke: mercy, kindness, love — He also made the fish I catch and eat. As each country become more and more aware of each other’s existence, the destiny of globalism is bound to be flourish. Globalism is the operation or planning of economic and foreign policy on a global basis. This is not a new thing that appeared recently as most of us had thought so, it is old as the Colosseum as the Silk Road had demonstrated the signs of globalism when the continent first got connected.(allusion) But it had only been paid attention by the public after WWI and WWII as the Great War and atomic bomb shock the world! As the age went on, the speed of globalization goes faster and faster. The percentage of the total global GDP is increased by about 30% from 1990 to 2015.(The Economist) But this 30% increase is at the expense of 30% of the world population lived in poverty, primarily in the countries like Congo Republic.(Shah) Some people suggest to neglect those as globalism would eventually lift them up while others said to ignore those 30% as the remaining 70% would cover them
