Was the project labor agreement meant to apply only to work preformed on the job site as BE contends, or could the terms of the project labor agreement also be applied off-site work as the union contends? The project labor agreement was not written out anywhere through out the case study, so it hard to confirm where the work was meant to be done. However I believe that the project labor agreement was meant to apply to only work preformed on onsite because I believe that the only place they wanted work to take place.

The book, Ace of Spies: The True Story of Sidney Reilly by Andrew Cook, underscores the true definition of international espionage. The themes in the book have been clearly brought out through the use of once an actual spy, Sidney Reilly. His stories and supposed accomplishments, though likely exaggerated, have been wound into a mind exploding experience that features suspense at its best. The plot and narration, however, portrays somewhat realistic scenarios.

The first provision was prohibiting management from interfering, restraining, or coercing employees’ rights of protection and mutual aid, freedom of association, collective bargaining for wages, self-organization, to join, form, or assist in labor organizations, engaging in concerted activities regardless of being in a union or not. The second provision is to prohibit employers from interfering or dominating with the administration of a labor organization. The third provision stopped the discrimination against employees who chose to encourage and discourage any acts of support for a labor organization. Have you ever wondered what it would be like to be a spy? To have an intimidating job as such, could be quite overwhelming for some, but not for Edward Lee Howard, America’s Most Wanted Spy. David Wise’s book is one that has been widely publicized and read by many as it contains many striking matters regarding national security. John Davison Rockefeller was the biggest businessman in the oil industry during his time, but he also created a monopoly that many people saw as detrimental, constricting, and dictatorial in a way. Rockefeller was seen as a dictator, and some would call him a robber baron, however it is hard to blame someone for doing what is good for their business. Regardless of what others said Rockefeller did his job and also contributed to society in a positive way. Though many people during Rockefeller’s time criticized Rockefeller and the way he practiced business he still gave back to the people, therefore it is my opinion that Rockefeller is a captain of industry rather than a robber baron.

The two agencies, MI5 and MI6, have existed in different forms since 1569, when the secretary of state to Queen Elizabeth I established a secret service in Great Britain (Secret Intelligence Service; SIS). MI5 and MI6 are still intelligence agencies in Britain, and they received their current name and function from a commander of the British army. In the 1930s and 1940s, MI6 was thought to be the most effective intelligence agency in the world (Secret Intelligence Service; SIS). In addition, the MI6 Agency helped to train OSS officers for the United States once the U.S. had entered the war (Secret Intelligence Service; SIS). One of the famous programs of the MI6 was called the Double Cross program, which turned spies from other countries into their own spies.

DETECTIVE FICTION “ The term ‘Golden Age’ stands for a particular blessed era of crime writing” – Susan Rowland. Golden Age of Detective fiction is regarded as the period between World Wars I and II, an era of classic murder mystery novels of similar patterns and styles, predominantly in the 1920s and 1930s; however, classic novels had been written since 1911 and still, are being written. Most of the Golden Age writers are British, however, in America the genre of ‘Hard-Boiled’ fiction is dominant. In this age, the major theme is ‘whodunit’ or the ‘clue puzzles’ in which the reader solves the mystery of a codified game.
