History has shown us that the United States has been a powerhouse at the time of war in the past and present. In 1941 the U.S. entered World War 2 after the attacks on Pearl Harbor. During the war the U.S. had an agency known as the Office of Strategic Services (O.S.S) which founded in 1942 by Franklin D. Roosevelt and William J. Donovan. This agency was very secretive it would acquire the best soldiers, intel, and foreign intelligence. The O.S.S played a big part in helping us win the war. This was the start of an Intelligence program that would later be known as the Central Intelligence Agency (C.I.A.).
