Since the beginning of time, lies and deceit have played a major role in the world. It started in the Garden of Eden with the serpent and Eve. The serpent lied and deceived Eve into taking the fruit and then it spread to her husband, Adam, who in turn, blamed God for giving him Eve. This pattern continued with their children Cain and Abel. Cain was jealous of Abel, deceived him, killed him and then lied to God about it. Later, a disciple of Jesus, named Judas, would lie, deceive and betray him for fifty pieces of silver.
