THE CURSE OF THE GREAT BAMBINO

In the year of 1917 there was a pitcher for the Boston Red Sox that went by the name of Babe Ruth. He was the best pitcher for the Red Sox at the time and they would not let him hit because the team could not risk letting him get hurt. In 1918 the Red Sox traded Babe to the Yankees. The Yankees did not let Babe Ruth pitch because they already had a pitcher that was better then him so the Yankee’s had Babe Ruth hit during batting practice and that is when his real talent was discovered.

The Great Bambino means The Great Big Shot so yeah I guess you can say that I’m a big deal. I had became the best player in the game at an accelerating rate ,and every team dreamed of getting me to play for them.

My first year with the Yankees we had won the World Series ,and I was the happiest person on the team because that was my first one that I had ever won but it wasn’t my last. The next two years we won the World Series and we had become the best team in baseball history. From that point on the Red Sox had believed that they had a curse upon them because they traded me to the Yankees.

The next season we made it all the way to the world series but we had lost against the Texas Rangers. The following year after that we had won the World Series against the Giants. The year after that he had won the Series again the Red Sox and they had steal believed that they steal had a curse for trading
