The fall of the western Roman Empire was the invasions, the Huns, and the corrupt people. The constant invasions of the western empire were a big part of the downfall because when the western soldiers left to attack other places they left their home unprotected. But if they win and do return still some soldiers will have died and made the army weaker. Because of these invasions the western empire was left unprotected and weakened. The Huns invaded the western empire and since the army was either not there or weakened the Huns easily took power.
