Have you ever processed in your mind about what the word "business" means? Business is a broad word and can be used in a multitude of ways. Millions of people currently interact or work in some area of business. When you think of someone working for a business, it is assumed that each employee in the company or corporation has an important role to play in continuing to keep the business moving. Without employees or workers, many businesses wouldn't be able to run functionally. Businesses typically include many employees. These employees may have different backgrounds and beliefs, but they all work under the same company values and ethics. But money is an aspect that will be further discussed in this analysis. Wayne Grudem explains that "money is not a bad aspect in business and it enables humans to enjoy productivity in life". God calls us to work and to be fruitful across the earth. We can relate money to this because earnings reflect on our hard and diligent work. God has enabled each and every one of us to work and be fruitful for Him. When we receive our earnings from our work, we can thank God for allowing Him to provide for us. Money can also glorify God through giving and sharing. Grudem discusses that "money can be used to give to others and the church. Because of this, it can create opportunities for people outside the faith to enter into the kingdom of God". There is a passage in scripture that explains how we should use and manage our money. In Proverbs 11:25, it states that "a generous person will prosper; whoever refreshes others will be refreshed". This is so true because when we give to others, less fortunate people can feel loved and know that others care for them.
