INTRODUCTION
As we live and grow old, we should never stop learning. Towards a successful life, we have to go through a lot of small steps to make us success. We should carry out all these small steps with our learning attributes. We are required skill and knowledge to help us gain towards our further growth. Making a decision to take a degree programme or back to school is not made easily for me.In our professional life, every steps that we going to go through, there is a new thing for us to learn. Learning is a continuous process, there are always have some challenges and aims, and in order to makes us fulfill our dreams. There is a two different thing between management and leadership. ”Managers are people who do thing right and leaders are people who do the right things” (Bennis & Nanus, 1985) A effective leader means a person who can leads a group of people, give them guidance and make sure the works can go smooth while a manager is responsible for an organization, they have the authority to give an order. They tends to focus their energy and effort the make sure organization can run smoothly. Actually both skills are important for us to apply in our nursing practice. As professional nurse, we are responsible to lead others to make sure everything can run smoothly in the ward. Nurses should apply them to their clinical practices to enhance their working environment and carry out their job well. Both management process and nursing process is quite similar. The process of management includes planning, organizing, staffing, directing and controlling. Nurses have the ability to make a difference to provide a good quality of care. A proper planning should involve manager and employees in order to make their employees to understand the objective of the meeting. A good leader in good in everything but have to know their self-limitation. This is important because knowing of these strength and weakness can help us delegate responsibility well. We have to set up a daily or weekly plan for our self and ensure that you set aside time for your studies daily. So that we can complete our assignments on time, and doing well in the exam. Knowing our priorities and time lines is important for us, so that we can have a good planning .Apart from study, we should have plan some times for others activity like spending day with family,sport,friends or etc. As most adult distance learners study part-time and need to balance a range of responsibilities, conflicting commitments is a frequently cited problem.
