Hamlet is comparable to the way many teens’ families work in their regular everyday life. I honestly think Hamlet is very comparable to teen’s family dynamics. In the book Hamlet is fighting for his farther the whole time. In teens’ whose family has divorced they usually prefer to fight for their real dad over their step dad.
As a result,Hamlet can never trust his uncle’s wicked ways to get into people’s heads. Hamlet was betrayed by his friends because they worked for Claudius and gave orders from him,which caused him to not trust them either. For example,when Claudius summons Guildenstern and Rosencrantz to spy on Hamlet,Claudius said,”see if you can make Hamlet feel better and see if you can get info on what he is up to”(Shakespeare 87). This behavior shows evil purposes and twisted words. Claudius sends Hamlet’s friends to make him happier but also use them to see if Hamlet is mad.

Friendships that last from childhood through old age are some of the best in the world. Friendships that come about in times of adversity can be even more important as the people suffering the adversity have no one else who understands their situation as well and that creates an incredibly strong bond. When people, who have experienced these types of friendships, are betrayed after having been so close for so long or in extreme circumstances, the betrayal seems all the more horrible.

Hamlet exhibits strengths and weaknesses as well, although his weaknesses of over-thinking, bitterness, and his inability to accept the death of his father overshadow his strengths.
Horatio and Hamlet share a relationship of respect, just as a father and son would. Horatio 's calm and intelligent demeanor reflects King Hamlet, gaining him Hamlet 's admiration. Hamlet states that a true friend is not "a pipe for Fortune 's finger,/To sound what stop she please" (Shakespeare 3.2.70-71).
