Do you feel safe around juveniles? Today it’s hard to answer that question because of the 2014 statistical numbers. According to statisticalbrain.com credibility over 60,000 Juveniles have committed a violent crime and receive a slap on the wrist after alternating a victims life forever. Here are three argumentation why Juveniles should be convicted as adults for violent crime, because they plan their crimes, constantly murder others voluntarily, assault and kill innocent people without wisdom. First, devising out a crime, it takes a lot of energy and time. If a child can plan a crime out step by step than they should have an equal punishment for their crime as an adult would face. But hey, they are only kids, how can kids kill or be dangerous to other people or adults. Accordingly, by researchers of the National institute of health found out that teenagers suffer from a massive loss of brain tissue that occurs in the teens’ brains during their adolescence and you could see it on every teenager by researchers at the national institute of , strangely brain cells and connections are only being loss in the areas controlling impulses and self control which is the cause of many teens’ not being aware of their actions and making wrong verdict. If a 16 to 17 year old teenagers are capable of planning and forming such a requisite criminal intent kids are not as we thought they are, teenagers can be dangerous in many ways, because they are smart or because of their childish actions that can not only affect others but to also affect them on the way.
