Three different leadership styles make up the leadership style survey: authoritarian, democratic, and delegative. I scored most in democratic. Several leadership management theories can be used to help describe my democratic leadership style. Also, I would work in a certain type of environment and have key behaviors that I would use in the said environment to be a successful leader. My personal leadership style is that of a democratic style. Personal Leadership Style My personal leadership style is democratic. I would develop a stable and trusting work environment so that all my staff would be comfortable coming to me with any questions or concerns that they may face. In my democratic leadership style, I would make sure that my staff would be well equipped to help make decisions about complex tasks and decisions. I would make sure that they know that they have an unchaotic work environment without any repercussions for whatever decision that the group has made. There are three key behaviors that I would posses when being a successful leader. These include: Being honest, being confident in their decisions, and responsive to every situation. States that effective delegation and confidence helps to increase staff satisfaction. Also, being responsive to problems and situations that need attention is very important. As a nursing leader,
