According to Google, technology is defined as the application of scientific knowledge for practical purposes. There’s no denying the fact that this world that we are living in is full of eye opening wonders that we call technology. There are so many benefits we can gain from accessing these amazing technologies, and yet we cannot forget that there are instances which show the solution for one problem with the help of technology gives rise to other problems. Today’s discussion is how the dependence of people on technology affected creativity and communication. Consider it through and through from the discussion below.

With people’s dependence on technology, more ideas and theories can be founded and collected, thus easier for an individual to master many things, prompting further creation of ideas and theories. Once upon a time, farmers only learn how to work their farm to earn a living, and nothing else. But once technology is there, they are exposed to information regarding different fields out in the whole wide world, they make visions, learn and finally venture either to improve their farming or to indulge in different careers and contribute with their newfound knowledge. Thus, is not wrong to say that technology affects creativity and communication both beneficially and counter wise. Nevertheless, the effects that technology has, either good or bad, are dependent on how people use it. If we use it positively without being too dependent on them or using it for plagiarism, it will have positive effect of our lives and vice versa. Ipso facto, people cannot afford to be too dependent on technology, considering the risks it holds. Technology is therefore welcome to develop in any sector in the world should it be used wisely, and thus will continue to positively impact future generations
