Social inclusion is a society in which all people are involved in what will be happening around them . In such cases people are included in the things happening around them despite of their gender, race, culture and also their nationality. In this people get to be involved in the things happening around them and they do it voluntarily. Social cohesion can be defined as a “set of factors that foster a basic equilibrium among individuals in a society” . A lot of people argue about what social cohesion mean, but there is a certain level of consensus that that they reach when it comes to its definition. They enrol the youth in the community who wish to study and did not get an opportunity. The main purpose of this course is to create Youth Change Agents for the community. A change Agent is defined as a person who is committed to their own transformation and to improve their communities. The programme enables them to become leaders who use their different talents and passions to impact their community in a positive way, with a goal to maximise their potential to leave a legacy in the world. They are trained to be able to bridge the gap between themselves and work opportunities, thus to say it will make them qualify for whatever they were unqualified. A number of boys and girls working at Oasis are furthering their studies with UNISA. Some of the youth are employed in the organisation. So the organisation tries to include the jobless youth by providing them with jobs. One of the supervisors said that they do not mind qualifications, when it comes to employing people but their main target is the unqualified that are capable to deliver when given a task. By aiming at the unemployed and unqualified youth, the organisation helps them to be included as most companies employ qualified people only. It should be noted that a lot of people in Cosmo City are not qualified. According to Students of the (2015) Field Study Program, unemployment rates amongst the youth in the country are 62% . So this means that more than half of the youths are unemployed. So the unemployed are excluded from the working community and Oasis is trying its best to include
