Contemporary social media has become the foundational means of global communication. As social media has thrived through time, it has condensed the world into a smaller more universal market. Social media has also become a substantial factor of globalization, as it has made it facile for companies and firms to get through to the public and its market. The best choice for Facebook after the changes in the infant company is to also maintain an abundance of hierarchy positions as it will maintain the companies’ stability and will not have an affect on its movement in the market. Facebook should also consider using the centralization method, the centralization method would keep the control in the key managers hands and not let it go to anyone else as Facebook is a big country in the market and needs some stabilization. A culture here does not necessarily mean the mean different countries but different managing backgrounds. They will have to make a choice as to which country is controlling the other. As Google is doing this to keep Facebook from dominating the social media market, Google will have to accept Twitters leadership style as they have more experience in that market. Those cultural clashes will have an impact on the company. There will be a lack of focus from the employees as there might be a new leader to part of the employees and so the focus of the employees productivity suffers substantially. The employees might also feel isolated, as managers are focused on the new organization and strategy, and in a way feel an unresponsiveness management. As all the managers are focused on the company and not on them, the employees believe that the managers are not focused on their well-being. Those types of feelings that occur to the employees might lead to many different things, such as employees seeking new jobs as they might be dissatisfied with the new infant company. This might lead to a chance of bankruptcy or failure of the new takeover because everything plays in order and if there were a labour turnover to occur, then the profitability of the company will decrease and as the profitability of the company decreases it increase
